I would say to any customer service professional, which I think anyone, and everyone who interacts with people really needs to be, must always have the attitude of making others happy and successful. While I do not think that they folks at the DMV will be paying much attention to what I have to share, I think you will. I have put together a nice mix of tried and true quotes that inspire greatness in all of us. A few that will hopefully make a you laugh, because life is nothing without laughter. I found this one particularly funny:

Oh, Sam Walton, founder of Walmart. You had the right idea Sam, but where oh where did you go wrong? I mean I would say that the service at Walmart is legendary, but not in the way that he likely intended.

To get faster and better service, ring a bell. It’s the same principal as honking at someone in traffic. People respond well to it, and they seem to really enjoy it.
